Construction of the housing
Construction of the housing clipper "Cutty Surk":
a) - the diagram of design middle frame; b) - form onboard from DP. Space - 460 mm. (all sizes in the transfer from the Engl. system of measures they are given with the rounding). Depth hold- height from the top of floors to the top of the beams of the upper deck - 6,32 m.
1 - bar keel from the mountain elm and false keel;
2 - shpuntovyy belt of skin, mountain elm 6 = of 280 mm;
3 - poyas'ya of skin to 2/5 heights of hold, the elm of 8=yshch2 mm;
4 - onboard poyas'ya, East-Indian tick 6 = of 120 mm;
5 - shirstrechnyy belt, steel 890X16 mm;
6 - deck stringer, steel 780X17 mm;
7 - flooring of the upper deck, the tick b = of 90mm;
8 - beam, the strip of 230x16mm with the bulb (on the free edge) between two squares - 90x90x11 and 114x92x14;
9 - frame, square 114X92X14 of lower than the lower deck is intensified by the reverse square 76x76x11 mm;
10 - backing in the site of the joint of belt;
11 - riddersy - diagonal (under 45°) steel strips under the skin, 230x16 mm;
12 - deck stringer, steel;
13 - beam, strip with bulb 255x17,5 mm between two squares - 114x92x14 and 102x90x13 mm;
14 - stanchion under each beam;
15 - internal sewing of hold, red pine tree;
16 - stringer of two squares;
17, 18 - stringer of two squares and strip with the bulb;
19 - flora with the maximum altitude in DP of 610 mm, 6 = 14 mm;
20 - kil'son, box girder;
21 - horizontal keel, steel 600x16 mm. the skin of underwater part by copper sheets is not shown.
